Full job description

Moanarch Dentistry is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience in our North York location. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and support team members aligned with our vision and standards
  • Lead team meetings and daily morning huddles
  • Ensure annual performance reviews are completed
  • Create and manage team schedules to maximize productivity and patient flow
  • Achieves production and targets as outlined in monthly and annual budgets.
  • Monitor staff attendance, vacation scheduling, and daily operations
  • Oversee patient scheduling and minimize gaps in appointments
  • Manage accounts receivable, patient payment plans, and fee collections
  • Process insurance claims and predeterminations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the upper management
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and daily administrative operations
  • Address all concerns in a timely manner with solutions that balance the needs of the business, patients and staff
  • Work to improve clinic profitability by optimizing scheduling and reducing costs.

Qualifications

  • Previous dental management experience preferred (Minimum 2 years managing dental office)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Dental practice management software (such as Dentrix) is considered an asset
