- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by monitoring program outcomes, evaluating service effectiveness, and ensuring accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting for program accountability, compliance, funding requirements, and evidence-based service enhancements.
- Oversee program budgets, expense tracking, procurement processes, and financial reporting to ensure responsible use of resources and alignment with funding agreements and organizational priorities.
- Lead and support health promotion, prevention, and wellness initiatives that respond to community needs and improve overall health outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, privacy legislation, occupational health and safety requirements, MSIFN policies, and professional and organizational standards.
- Act as a resource and backup to the Social Services Supervisor and broader Health & Social Services leadership team, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives, policy development, organizational planning, emergency preparedness planning, and community emergency response activities as required.
