Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Coordinate schedules for custodial staff, optimizing coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor cleanliness levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and performance feedback.

Experience

• Proven custodial or cleaning experience in a commercial setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and best practices in commercial cleaning environments.
• Experience managing teams, scheduling shifts, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and liaise with management.
• Ability to identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality standards.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
