Summary

Join Williams & McDaniel Property Management as a Facilities Cleaning Technician in Guelph, ON. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential properties, contributing directly to our mission of providing quality living environments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties using hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure property safety and functionality.
  • Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules efficiently.
  • Handle custodial responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks related to property upkeep.
