Full job description

  • Conducts electrocardiogram, Echocardiogram and Stress Echocardiogram and Contrast studies by using electronic test equipment, recording devices, and laboratory instruments.
  • Establishing I/V line for contrast.
  • Maintains cardiology equipment and supplies by cleaning and adjusting equipment; performing preventive maintenance; reporting equipment malfunctions; maintaining supply inventory levels; placing supply requisitions.
  • Maintains quality results by following standards, protocols and procedures; submitting reports.
  • Informing the manager or clinic supervisor if any patient needs immediate or urgent attention.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
  • Maintaining valid license and certification by CMRITO.
  • Serves and protects the health care facility by adhering to professional standards, policies, and procedures.
