Full job description

As a Warehouse Representative, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our distribution centre running smoothly while helping ensure our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time.
This is an active, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and likes to stay moving throughout the day. From shipping and receiving to inventory counts and order processing, you’ll be a key contributor to a safe, organized, and customer-focused warehouse operation.
The Warehouse Representative is responsible for a variety of daily warehouse activities including shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders, restocking product, and maintaining accurate inventory. You’ll work with material handling equipment and warehouse systems to ensure orders are processed safely and efficiently, while upholding our high standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Core Responsibilities
Shipping, Receiving and Order Fulfilment
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including manually picking, loading, and unloading orders
- Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery timelines
- Ensure all pick tickets and documentation are completed correctly, double-checked, and signed as required
Inventory and Warehouse Operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Inspect incoming and stored inventory for damage and maintain clear, accurate records
- Restock shelves and assist with sample production as required
- Learn and use ERP systems and hand-held WMS (warehouse management system) scanners to support daily operations
Equipment, Safety and Housekeeping
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related tools, with training provided if needed
- Conduct pre- and post-use equipment inspections and report defects to the appropriate lead or supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety standards and housekeeping requirements
- Follow all Health and Safety policies, COR initiatives, and safe work practices, contributing to continuous workplace improvement
Teamwork and Customer Focus
- Work collaboratively with warehouse teammates and other departments across the company as needed.
- Champion excellent customer service through accuracy, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude
- Take ownership of your work while actively participating in a supportive, safety-focused team environment
- Assist with additional duties as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years previous warehouse or distribution experience required
- 2+ years forklift and reach truck experience required
- Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently and communicate effectively to follow instructions, including safety procedures, emergency directions, and accurate order picking.
- Successful completion of a background check will be required

Physical Requirements
The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 80 lbs, including lifting to and from shelves, pallets, and other storage areas.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks such as picking, packing, loading/unloading, restocking shelves, and moving inventory, including bending, reaching, crouching, and using hands and arms.
- Ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, hand-held scanners, and other equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respond to safety cues.
- Visual ability sufficient to safely perform warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
