We are currently hiring Travel Consultants to join our growing travel sales team.
We are looking for positive, motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in travel sales. Experience in travel or sales is an asset, but we primarily hire for attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn.
About the role
As a Travel Consultant, you will speak with customers who hold Odenza travel certificates and guide them through their vacation options. Your role will be to educate, consult, and upsell flights, hotels, cruises, and upgrades to create exceptional travel experiences. You will build relationships with clients and work toward sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What you will do
- Consult with customers on vacation options and travel planning
- Sell travel products including flights, hotels, cruises, and upgrades
- Upsell additional services to increase value for customers Maintain accurate booking notes and follow-up with clients Meet individual and team performance targets
What we are looking for

- Comfort speaking with customers by phone Previous travel, sales, hospitality, or call centre experience is an asset but not required
