Full job description

We are looking to hire one full-time barista, approximately 25–30 hours per week.

This position requires availability for weekday shifts as well as both Saturday and Sunday.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail
  • Deliver efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift
  • Work as part of a team during high-volume rushes
  • Follow recipes, systems, and standards without cutting corners
  • Accurately handle POS and cash transactions
  • Behind the scenes work, such as putting away big orders and and preperation of drink ingredients

What We’re Looking For

  • Barista or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Weekend availability is a must
