Full-Time Year-Round Couple Position – Ski Hill Operations & Hospitality

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking couple to join our ski hill team in a full-time, year-round position. This is an excellent opportunity for a couple looking to enjoy mountain living while building a long-term role within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Position 1 – Operations & Machinery Operator

We are looking for an individual who is mechanically minded, hands-on, and experienced operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating snow grooming and heavy equipment machinery
  • Performing general mechanical maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with lift and facility maintenance
  • Snow clearing, groundskeeping, and property upkeep
  • Supporting year-round mountain operations and projects

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience operating machinery or heavy equipment preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Position 2 – Hospitality & Resort Support

We are seeking a flexible and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a variety of hospitality and guest service roles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Café and food service support
  • Office administration and guest reception
  • Housekeeping and accommodation cleaning
  • Assisting with guest services and resort operations
  • Supporting multiple departments as required throughout the year

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and customer-service oriented
  • Flexible and willing to work across different roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous hospitality or cleaning experience considered an asset
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
