Specifically, we're looking for a dedicated clinician who can offer couples therapy at our Woodbridge office, preferably during the evening and or weekend, and who is trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and or the Gottman Method.

Meaningful connection is at the forefront of how our team supports diverse clients through many life challenges. We primarily work with Millennials and Gen Z navigating mental health concerns, relational and systemic trauma, identity exploration, and attachment difficulties. Our therapeutic style integrates the body and brain’s innate capacity for healing through evidence-based, experiential, relational, and somatic approaches.

What You’ll Receive

  • Regular individual and group supervision/consultation across modalities including AEDP, IFS, attachment-focused therapy, EFT/EFFT, CBT, ACT, ISTDP, and mindfulness
  • Access to Owl Practice, our PHIPA-compliant practice management and secure video platform
  • Personal advertising and steady client referrals
  • A supportive, collaborative work culture that centres therapist well-being
  • Mentorship in private practice operations and sustainable caseload building
  • Flexibility in setting your schedule for remote work
  • Working from our beautiful and bright office in Vaughan, ON

Qualifications & Expectations

  • RSW or RP designation and good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO
  • 3+ years psychotherapy experience in a clinical setting
  • Post-graduate training in couples therapy modalities required
  • Post-graduate training in somatic, relational, experiential, or trauma-oriented modalities strongly preferred (e.g., IFS, AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, EFT, ISTDP)
  • Proof of professional liability insurance
  • Access to a private, confidential workspace with reliable internet for remote work
  • Evening and/or weekend availability for a minimum of 5 sessions/week
  • Comfort starting with a small caseload that builds over time
  • Interest in contributing to content creation (reels, articles, etc.)
  • Experience with both in person and remote therapy and understanding of the ethical considerations of both
  • Commitment to anti-oppressive, anti-racist practice; trauma-informed care; 2SLGBTQ+ inclusivity; and ongoing learning/unlearning

Thank you for your interest. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
