KP Cleaning – Vancouver, BC

KP Cleaning is seeking a reliable and professional Strata Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential strata properties in the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in building operations and resident relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned strata properties
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor work
  • Conduct regular building inspections and report deficiencies
  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with strata bylaws, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Manage service schedules including cleaning and caretaking staff
  • Maintain records, logs, and incident reports
  • Assist with budgeting, supply management, and cost control

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in strata or property management preferred
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Knowledge of building systems and basic maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with the BC Strata Property Act is an asset
