Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook specializing in breakfast service to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality food presentation and adherence to food safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while providing excellent food service to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Follow all food safety procedures, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
