Dear Applicant,

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast and Brunch Line Cook to join our team at Clementina. We are a friendly, fast-paced restaurant located in Woodbridge, offering a cozy atmosphere with delicious food.

As a Breakfast and Brunch Line Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of breakfast and brunch dishes. You will work under the supervision of our kitchen manager and be part of a team of cooks who share a passion for cooking and creating a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 3 years of cooking experience as a Line Cook, preferably in breakfast and brunch services.

- Knowledge of different cooking technique used in breakfast and brunch dishes such as poaching, grilling, pan-frying, and sauteing.

- Must be familiar with handling and cooking of various breakfast items like eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausages, etc.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency of food.

- Must possess good communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

Hours of Operation:

Our restaurant is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

Full-Time Position:

This is a full-time position, and we expect the selected applicant to work 5 days a week.
