Registered Dietitian – Preventive, Midlife & Performance Health

MINT Condition is building a different model of healthcare—bringing together medicine, health assessment, physical performance and practical support to help people translate health information into meaningful change.

We are looking for an exceptional Registered Dietitian to join our growing interdisciplinary team in North Vancouver.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a dietitian interested in preventive health, midlife health, metabolic health and physical performance.

You'll work alongside physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Doctors, Occupational Therapists and fitness professionals, with opportunities to incorporate relevant blood work, health assessments and DEXA body-composition data into nutrition care.

Areas of practice may include:

  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Metabolic and cardiometabolic health
  • Healthy aging
  • Body composition, muscle and bone health
  • Sports and performance nutrition
  • Energy and recovery
  • Nutrition for busy professionals
  • Sustainable nutrition and behaviour change

What You'll Do

  • Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments
  • Develop practical, individualized and evidence-informed nutrition recommendations
  • Provide individual consultations and follow-up
  • Collaborate with MINT's medical, health and performance team
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary care plans
  • Help develop nutrition resources, workshops and group programs
  • Help shape MINT's nutrition services as the practice grows

Who We're Looking For

You are a Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC with strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills and an evidence-informed approach to nutrition.

Experience or additional training in women's health, perimenopause/menopause, metabolic health, sports nutrition, healthy aging, cardiovascular health or body composition would be a strong asset.

Compensation & Practice Model

This is an independent contractor position starting at $90/hour of clinical service, with opportunity for compensation growth as the role and caseload develop.
