About the Beverage Manager Position:

  • Full-time, salaried, hospitality management position, reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Responsible to oversee daily business execution with excellence on all scheduled shifts
  • Hire, train, mentor and schedule Bartending team
  • Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency, in all areas but with higher attention to detail to all bar equipment, fridges and bar area
  • Manage multi-faceted beverage program including weekly inventory and ordering
  • Facilitate ongoing training and education of beverage menu items and program elements
  • Responsible for all bar/beverage related elements of monthly operational audits
  • Drive Service team participation in ongoing learning via our online learning system

Beverage Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant management experience in a comparable full-service restaurant environment
  • Previous experience with beverage program execution and/or inventory management is an asset
  • Must have strong knowledge of craft beer, wine, spirits & mixology
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Winning mindset and consistent attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and team mentality
  • Guest focused approach
  • Desire to learn and grow hospitality career
  • Smart Serve certification required

Beverage Manager Earnings & Perks:
