We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview: As a Heavy Duty Parts Advisor at M.F.S., you will be responsible for the procurement and management of heavy-duty parts essential for the maintenance and repair of various heavy machinery and heavy vehicles. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure heavy-duty parts for construction, agriculture, and heavy transport vehicles.
  • Work closely with the service team and parts manager to forecast parts requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle order processing and parts inquiries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of required parts to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in heavy-duty parts procurement related to construction, agriculture, or heavy truck and transport.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or journeyperson certification in Parts is a plus, but not required.
