Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Site Admin to support our construction projects through efficient administrative management. This role involves coordinating project documentation, facilitating communication among teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project records, files, and databases using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, as well as Procore.
  • Support procurement processes by managing purchase orders and vendor records with attention to detail.
  • Oversee filing systems and records management to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and document management.

Experience

  • Proven administrative experience within the construction industry or related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with familiarity with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in project management or procurement is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting project data and reports.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
