Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Support — Provide warm, attentive support to guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
  • Food & Beverage Running — Deliver food and beverages with polished professionalism, ensuring accuracy, proper presentation, and timely service.
  • Table Maintenance — Reset tables efficiently and to brand standard, maintaining a clean, organized, and guest‑ready dining room at all times.
  • Service Flow Coordination — Work closely with servers to maintain a smooth, consistent service rhythm in a fast‑paced, premium environment.
  • Water & Beverage Refresh — Monitor and refresh water, beverages, and table settings to uphold refined service standards.
  • Back‑of‑House Collaboration — Communicate effectively with kitchen and support teams to ensure accurate timing, plate readiness, and seamless coordination.
  • Cleanliness & Organization — Maintain cleanliness across service stations, side work areas, and the dining room to support operational excellence.
  • Opening & Closing Duties — Complete assigned setup, breakdown, and side work tasks to ensure the restaurant is prepared for service.
  • Allergen & Menu Awareness — Maintain foundational knowledge of menu items and allergens to support accurate communication with servers and guests.
  • Regulatory Compliance — Follow all licensing, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Additional Duties — Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the overall guest experience.
Qualifications

  • Flexible Availability — Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or lounge environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A strong commitment to providing refined, memorable guest experiences while supporting a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Serving It Right certification.
  • Ability to clear a criminal record check.
