What would you suggest Onni Group management do to prevent others from leaving?
Fair living wages and benefits. Regular performance evaluations/reviews/with incentives and recognition... pay increases if warranted.

Clean house of All your construction PM's! & in future stick around to listen to your team at all levels. Also get a plan checker your drawings are out to lunch...
What defines a "perk"? Leaving early on a friday? Complimentary coffee?.. But then being asked to come in on a saturday!!!
Profit orientated which is expected. However welfare and well being/morale of crew is secondary.
