Canadian Executive Search Group is looking to hire WELDERS


Location: Leamington and Windsor locations

Role: Welder Fitter

Role Type: Temporary to Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation Rate: $24.00/hr - $29.00/hr (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday /Straight Day Shift/ 6:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Welder Responsibilities:
  • Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining appropriate metals to specifications.
  • Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage.
  • Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.
  • Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools.
  • Operating cranes and other machinery to transport materials to welding worksites.
  • Determining correct gas ratios.
  • Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion.
  • Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean criminal background
  • CWB
  • Mig welding, Metalcore
  • Aluminum welding is an asset
  • Overhead Crane / Forklift is an asset
  • Excellent stamina, strength, and dexterity.
  • Safety Oriented
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • All required PPE
