We are a busy, established Brampton salon with steady walk-in traffic and active paid marketing that keeps chairs full. Unlike commission-only shops, every hour you work here is paid, and producers earn on top of that, not instead of it.

What you will do

• Premium colour: balayage, highlights and lowlights, blonding, grey coverage, toners, colour correction
• Keratin treatments with proper consultation and aftercare education
• Precision cutting, blowouts, styling, updos, scalp and hair treatments
• Thorough consultations and home care plans that keep clients coming back
• Maintain a clean, compliant station and assist with bookings when needed

What you bring

• Proven salon experience with a portfolio showing strong colour, balayage, or keratin results
• Excellent client communication and a service-first mindset
• Confidence recommending products and add-on services
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• Ontario hairstylist license, or exam-eligible
• Welcome but not required: waxing, makeup, facials, brows and lashes
