Job Responsibilities:
- Track and distribute invoices for approval
- Handling some Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable requests
- Handling Reconciliations
- Sending out memos on behalf of the Controller
- General administrative duties
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative Accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Word skills
