Front Desk Coordinator

*Must have Saturday availability + one weekday evening*

PLEASE NOTE SHIFT TIMINGS:

Weekdays (as needed): 2pm - 7pm

Saturdays: 8/830AM - 7pm

ABOUT THE FRONT DESK ROLE:

· The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups.

· Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.

· Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone, via e-mail and in person

· Check pups in and out of daycare using our Gingr & Salesforce software

· Share information about our daycare, boarding & training packages and memberships with Pet Parents

Pay: $18.00 per hour
