Full chairs. Peak days. A shop that markets for you.

Most shops hand you a chair and wish you luck. We are an established Brampton shop at Queen St E and Torbram with steady walk-in traffic and paid advertising running behind you, putting new clients in your chair from week one. We are hiring a barber, full-time or part-time, with core days Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: the busiest walk-in days of the week, which means more cuts, more tips, more repeat clients on your books.

What you will do

  • Precision fades, tapers, crops, comb overs, line ups, and advanced scissor work
  • Beard shaping, hot towel shaves, razor line ups, facial grooming
  • Advise clients on styles, maintenance, and home care products
  • Keep a clean, compliant station with strict tool sanitation
  • Assist with bookings and POS when needed
  • Welcome but not required: grey blending, simple colour toning, basic facial treatments

What you bring

  • Proven shop or salon experience with a portfolio showing clean fades, tight detailing, and beard work
  • Mastery of clippers, trimmers, shears, and straight razor
  • Excellent client communication and a service-first mindset
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices
  • Ontario barber or hairstylist license, or exam-eligible
  • Reliable availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Welcome but not required: threading, simple waxing, basic facials
