Barburrito Crew Member

Job Title: Crew Member – BarBurrito

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our BarBurrito team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items.
• Follow proper food preparation, portion control, and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, front counter, and dining area.
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep tasks.
• Monitor and process in-store and online orders accurately.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as required.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
• Support team members and management during busy periods.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
