Territory Account Manager – Sales

Job Description

The Territory Account Manager is a salary plus bonus structured sales position requiring a driven, self-motivated individual with an enthusiasm for learning. This role provides a great career development platform for individuals who are sales-oriented, ambitious, and enthusiastic. This position requires an individual with exemplary customer service skills, a passion for sales technology, and a knack for identifying solutions that best address a customer’s needs in order to obtain outstanding results and maximum value.

After a product and client focused training process, this individual will be responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

The mutual goal to grow with a team that is driven to be the most recognized and trusted warranty company in the industry is integral with this position.

Job Duties:

  • Generate and follow through on sales leads
  • Develop sales performance through new and existing accounts
  • Work to create, implement and follow through on sales plans
  • Create sales strategies and customized presentations
  • Manage client relationships, facilitating dealership needs
  • Share results, increase penetration and profits, collaborate on goals
  • Interact with head office, sales team and management to support sales function
  • Assist dealers with growth strategies and solutions
  • Additional duties as necessary and/or as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for learning
  • Proven track record of goal achievement
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.); general competency with business technology

Compensation:

Salary and bonus structure ($70,000/30,000)
