Full job description

We are seeking a Surgical Hair Transplant Technician. This role includes FUT graft dissection and insertion, FUE graft insertion under physician supervision, surgical room preparation, and maintaining patient comfort throughout procedures. This is an onsite, permanent part-time position with in-clinic training provided and opportunities for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • FUT graft dissection and insertion under physician supervision
  • FUE graft insertion under physician supervision
  • Assist physicians during procedures
  • Surgical room set-up and supply preparation
  • Maintain patient comfort during procedures
  • Post-procedure clean-up and room turnover
  • Ensure adherence to infection prevention and safety standards

Requirements

  • Willingness to be trained on the job
  • Basic Life Support
  • WHMIS Certification
  • Working knowledge of surgical procedures preferred
  • Must be available to work: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

Skills

  • Enjoy fine detailed work
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Flexible and able to take direction
  • Physical ability to perform procedural duties

Experience in hair transplantation or surgical settings is considered an asset but not required.
