Great place with great purpose. Very rewarding!

Working here as a support worker was very fulfilling. Co-workers are friendly but can get gossipy at times. The pay could be better, but there is much room for advancement and raises. Work was good but poor management

If Thompson worked toward helping staff rather then just working staff to ground. And union wasn't much help either. Union doesn't do covid sickness pay or pay when staff losses family members ...Show more
