Waste of time

Been here over 4 years and no pay increase. Asked for pay increase and will not. Salary starting is 38000 for a place needing a degree. Management is the worse. They are over paid for not knowing anything technical and will get blamed for everything because you are the bottom. Nothing enjoyable at the...Show more

Good job for a new starter or fresh graduate.

Base pay is extremely low. Travel alot so no social or personal life. Don't expect any pay raise. Alot to learn in broadcasting industry and get a chance to work on various broadcast facilities....Show more
