Full job description

Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager

Junior Cafe is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the way.

Responsiblities:

  • Training and development of all Front of House staff
  • Full knowledge of the menu
  • Works closely with staff to ensure all areas of the restaurant are up to standards
  • Communicating with staff regarding positive/constructive reinforcement of performance
  • Responsible for overall operations of the restaurant
  • Always dedicated to the guest experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a management/supervisor role
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a restaurant/food service
