About INK Entertainment
Ink Entertainment is a leading lifestyle and entertainment company with interests in a variety of critically acclaimed restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels. This position will be responsible for the full accounting cycle in support of these venues.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Record sales and expenses in a timely manager
- Manage accounts payables and cash flow
- Manage payroll and payroll inquiries
- Submit government forms and remittances on a timely basis
- Complete bank reconciliations and month end journal entries
- Prepare month end and year end reports and analysis
- Work with external auditors to complete year-end financial statements
- Support management and operations with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
- Maintain adherence to financial policies, procedures and internal controls
- Other duties as assigned or required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- 2 years experience in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Accounting Diploma required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous working experience with payroll
- Ability to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
