Job Description Summary:
This role supports both Transportation and Quality functions, focusing on operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. The position assists in managing transportation activities, analyzing data across multiple divisions, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams such as IT, Quality, and Client Care. It also contributes to quality management and project initiatives by driving process improvements, supporting audits, investigating service issues, and implementing corrective actions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in quality systems, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Job Key Contributions/Task):
Transportation: (50%)
· Assist in overseeing transportation of all orders, training drivers.
· Liaison for the Quality and Transportation documents and processes
· Deep data analysis for all 3 Transportation divisions (On Demand, Health Care, and e-commerce) and able to provide insight, ideas, and solutions.
· Able to prepare and present data for internal stakeholders.
· Liaison between Transportation and IT
· Assist the transportation manager in handling customer escalations for prompt resolution of issues.
· Act as a liaison between Transportation team, Quality and Client Care, ensuring compliance with the QMS and seamless communication and resolution of any delivery-related issues that impact customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the Quality team on update on and periodic review of departmental procedures/policies/WI.
· Assist the transportation manager in evaluating suppliers and performance tracking.
· Participate in internal/external audits ensuring compliance with the AEX Quality policy.
Quality & PM: (50%)
· Develop strategies and recommendations for process enhancements and continual improvement initiatives such as standardized customer onboarding, pricing matrices, automated reporting highlighting key customer metrics, etc.
· Provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders, outlining project progress, and key findings.
· Develop and follow audit schedule for e-commerce warehouse and transportation operations.
· Work with cross-functionals to investigate service complaints to determine root cause and develop corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications and experience:
· Technology savvy with advanced skills - the MS Office suite specifically excel (pivots, look-ups); Visio, and SharePoint Must have eQMS experience.
· Exceptional written and verbal [English] communication skills.
· Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and/or ISO27001:2022 in a service context.
· Experience working with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations.
· Demonstrable collaborative approach to problem-solving and continual improvement.
· Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related fields, from College or University, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the logistics industry or warehouse (preferable).
