Job description:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
- Monitor the premises to prevent disturbances and ensure compliance with venue policies
- Check identification and enforce age restrictions for entry
- Handle difficult situations and remove unruly individuals when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems for surveillance purposes

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Understanding of loss prevention strategies

- MANITOBA SECURITY LICENSE

- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Mandatory)

- Physically Fit and capable of performing physically challenging tasks

- Applicants must be professional in both conduct and appearance

- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills

- Verbal Judo/Tactical Communication and asset or must be willing to enroll.

- Willing to learn and build with Impact.

- Handcuff Training Certificate is an asset
