Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in food preparation, including assembling orders and maintaining food quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change given.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
