Current Opening: Campaign Manager (Paid Media Specialist)

Role Summary:

As a Campaign Manager, you will focus on the day-to-day operations of paid digital media to ensure success. Working closely with our Account Team, you will cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and clients, making sure that all campaigns are set up for success and meet the clients’ objectives. You will be creating, developing & implementing effective long and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS.

We’re looking for people who demonstrate:

High attention to detail
Client management and professionalism
Strong technical compliance and analytical skills.

*This role is based out of our Pickering office. The first 2 weeks will be full time in office Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. After initial training and onboarding the role will require 2 days a week in office .

Requirements

Experience with digital reporting, tagging, tracking and analytics. Must demonstrate daily working knowledge in Google Ads and GA4.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience working in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) role with Paid Search experience. This includes but is not limited to Google, Microsoft Ads, Display, & some Meta Ads.
Experience managing large and complex client budgets, with the purpose to grow accounts and leads for clients.
Must have strong analytical skills. You’ll be expected to provide thoughtful and strategic insights for clients using google platform and internal dashboards.
Must be Google Certified and kept abreast on industry changes and best practices.
