Accounts Payables

Gregg Distributors is a well-established and growing industrial supplies company that has been serving Western Canadians for over 58 years.

We are seeking a well-rounded, qualified individual to join our Accounts Payables team based in West Edmonton. This is a fast paced role responsible for working as part of a team to perform full cycle accounts payables. Primary Responsibilities:

· Process a high volume of invoices, expenses and manual purchase orders through an internal system

· Complete various reports using Microsoft Office

· Answer inquiries from suppliers pertaining to the status of cheque invoices

· Communicate with the Purchasing department as required

· Perform various administrative duties

Qualifications:

· Minimum one year of experience in full cycle Accounts Payables

· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment while adhering to firm deadlines

· High level of attention to detail

· Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong mathematical skills

· Team player

· Strong verbal and written communication
