We are adding Electronics Assemblers to our existing team. As a member of Team Adamson, you will be a valued member of the crew that assembles our speakers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronics sub-assemblies into metal chassis
  • Complete enclosures and test finished products.
  • Install, mount, fasten, align and adjust parts, components, wiring and harnesses to sub-assemblies and assemblies using hand/power tools.
  • Crimping, Soldering, Stripping and Cutting Cable.
  • Must be able to distinguish differences among color coded electrical wiring.
  • Application of conformal coating and component staking materials.
  • Carry out routine burn in cycles on assemblies.
  • Carry out Hi-Pot testing on finished units.
  • Meet production timelines.
  • Adhere to quality control guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of high school diploma.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in hand soldering and board handling.
  • Ability to perform precise tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong listening skills, ability to follow instructions and clearly communicate instructions to other team members.
