Job Summary

Join our construction team as a Construction Site Cleaner! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment on active construction sites. Your efforts will ensure that the site remains hazard-free, efficient, and ready for the next phase of construction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project while honing your custodial and cleaning skills in a fast-paced setting. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our construction sites safe and productive every day.

Duties

  • Remove debris, dust, and waste materials from construction areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, stairwells, and common areas within the site
  • Dispose of trash and recyclable materials in designated containers following environmental guidelines
  • Clean windows, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a tidy work environment
  • Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills

  • Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within commercial or construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety regulations at all times
