Do you thrive on the open road, love connecting with people, and have a knack for building relationships? Join our team as a Part Time Route Sales Representative and be the face of our company, delivering top-notch service while growing customer relationships across the Maritimes.

What You'll Do

· Manage your own route, delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction

· Upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products to maximize customer value

· Build strong relationships, resolve concerns

· Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and professionally

· Handle payments, paperwork, and keep accounts organized

· Participate in promotions, contests, and training to sharpen your skills

What We're Looking For

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· At least 1 year of safe driving experience

· Strong customer service and sales skills

· Excellent communication and time management abilities

· Team player who can follow direction and meet performance goals

· Ability to recognize product types, sizes, and colors, and handle basic math accurately

Physical Demands

· Sitting, grasping, and driving for extended periods

· Stooping and climbing stairs

· Lifting up to 75 lbs.

· Walking, writing, hearing, and speaking clearly

Schedule

· Flexible / No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

· Pay: $20 per hour + commission based on route revenue
