Full job description

Skills:

  • Ability to interpret customer drawings, technical specifications and quality assurance standards
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and machine shop techniques.
  • Use a variety of inspection equipment to inspect parts/gages/fixtures and determine compliance
  • Prior experience in a CNC machine shop an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities to Include:

  • Inspecting completed parts, compare to requirements, and measure/document dimensional results
  • Participating in the calibration of gages and equipment
  • Participating in the non-conformance deficiency management process
  • Fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or quality department or prior 5+ machining experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
