ABOUT THE ROLE:

Positions available in Esterhazy, Yorkton and Regina area.
You will build relationships and become the customers first call when they have a problem or need. Set your own schedule and priorities to deliver customer value.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

  • Using your technical experience, work to become a trusted consultant, problem solver and first call for your customers
  • Deliver solutions-based proposals and products to address customer needs and goals
  • Operate independently and with support of Motion Specialists and Shop Services teams
  • Call on established customers to support and grow the business
  • Consult with site (maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement) to understand their operational pain points and improvement goals
  • Drive cost savings, efficiencies and increased safety in the customers operations
  • Utilize manufacturer representatives to assist in solving customer issues and demonstrations
  • Learn about Motions diverse product and services offerings
  • Participate in Motion and manufacturer training
  • Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
