Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background and be familiar with medical terminology.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle electronic medical records efficiently
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office staff

Requirements:

- Proven experience working in a medical office setting
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with Accuro EMR
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
