Solar Sales Representative – Winnipeg

Mag Solar | Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid / Remote & Inside Sales)

Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000+ / year (Uncapped Commission)

Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 2-8PM

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct inside and remote sales presentations to residential and commercial property owners across Western Canada.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and demonstrate the financial and environmental ROI of going solar.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial contact to close using our streamlined CRM and tech stack.
  • Collaborate with our in-house engineering and operations teams to deliver custom renewable energy solutions.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outreach, follow-ups, and inbound lead conversion.
