Full job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our office. This position will provide receptionist duties and general administrative support to the General Manager and Order Desk Agents.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provides full-range of administrative support.
  • Manages Outlook emails with expertise.
  • Assist with estimate scheduling and confirmations
  • Organizes and maintains files.
  • Replies to routine inquiries.
  • Provides project assistance when necessary.
  • Expedites flow of work, and initiates follow-up when necessary.
  • Maintaining stocks of office supplies.
  • Serves as back-up administrative support for any member of the team when necessary.
  • Contributing to general laboratory organization.
  • Assisting with parts inquires and in store customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Window and door experience
  • Glass experience
  • Ability to work a Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm shift
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work comfortably and effectively as part of a team
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to switch tasks effectively while staying organized
