  • Safety Shoe Allowance
  • Clean and Safe Work Environment
  • Team-Oriented Culture
  • Continuous Skills Development

Responsibilities
  • Support daily production line operations, including assisting online as needed throughout the shift.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to supply production lines and move finished goods within the facility.
  • Transport plastic bales to the line and transfer finished product to proper storage areas.
  • Perform weekly sanitation and plant clean-up as scheduled.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety policies and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical concerns to maintenance or supervision.
  • Handle materials and finished goods carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Assist with general production tasks during slower periods or when directed by a supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve daily production targets.

  • Ability to complete tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment & Physical Demands
  • Must be physically capable of working 12-hour continental shifts.
  • Frequent getting on and off forklift equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to crouch, bend, kneel, and lift materials as required.
  • Comfortable working in a production environment with required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and bump cap.
