Full job description

Eclipse transport has a position available for a forklift/ wheel loader operator for our busy unload/ reload yard in Harrison Mills.

Responsibilities / Expectations :

  • experience operating Hyundai 160 series forklift
  • experience operating wheel loaders - John Deere 644 series or larger
  • loading / unloading trailer loads of steel pipe/ beam/ plate - experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate
  • all work is outdoors, must be prepared to work in all weather conditions
  • must be available to work Monday to Friday shifts 8:00 am to 4:30 pm - overtime is available
  • must be safety oriented
  • willing to be a contributing member of a team
  • Oxy / acetylene torch experience an asset
  • valid BC driver's license required
  • experience in an industrial environment an asset
