Really helps to know a friend working there or being related to someone. Nepotism is the key! Heard a Director (in training) got hired because he was friends with the upper management. Previous job experience was purchasing lol. Sucks working there. Everyone is there for a pay check and doesn’t really enjoy their job.

Great company, but depending on the department. I worked on the equipment financing side, which can barely be called financing. It is mostly cold calling and data entry. After that, you do not have much control of how to accommodate your customers. My advise: do your diligence. During the interview you are told that the potential to make one was higher than what it actually is. Furthermore, they mention the dramatic increase in the workforce, however, there is also a lot of turnover.
