Production Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Production Machine Operator to join team. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery including nut butter grinders, fillers, labelers, roasters and packing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and package raw food products using various food processing machines
  • Maintain workplace and machinery cleanliness
  • Calibrate equipment as required
  • Ensure finished product meets quality standards
  • Adhere to all workplace procedures and safety standards regulations

Qualifications

  • Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
  • Food Safety Knowledge - Understanding of HACCP, GMP and allergen control.
  • Mechanical Aptitude - Ability to operate and adjust production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in warm environments (roasting area).
  • Working Environment- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Teamwork - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced production setting.
