Full job description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a smooth-running office. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience with accounts receivable. Sage accounting experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting Support: Process accounts receivable—prepare invoices, post payments, reconcile customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, and generate AR reports.
  • Sage (Preferred): Enter transactions, and support integrations within Sage accounting software.
  • Vendor & Customer Support: respond to clients billing inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Records & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical files, organize documents for easy retrieval, support document retention and compliance.
  • Other Duties: maintain office policies, support special projects, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general office technology.
  • Experience with accounts receivable and basic bookkeeping.
  • Sage accounting experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
