They increase to the next level after approximately 3500 hours of drive time and a positive performance review. Answered 7 November 2020Thank you for your interest in Caron. For Professional Drivers, the hours are more flexible but it does depend on the needs of the terminal and the workload. For office and support roles, it is up to the Manager's discretion, business needs and workloads.
